OK I'm trying to study right now. and as always focus on my goals. The goals I have with the most clear steps are 1. Obtaining my Pharm. D and 2. Getting that built body.
People Do not believe in me. I'm confident in myself and I know I'm going to take the right steps.
We tend to live our lives in accordance with others. We are always following what others expect of us through our parents and our peers. We must live with courage and action. In the short term it is comfortable to follow others but in the end you always realize you would have been better off following your gut.
Trust in yourself! There isn't anyone else. You are the only one, and you must earn it.
I am passionate and have boundless enthusiasm and energy for myself. I must be able to delineate my actions and time. With respecting my TIME as my most valuable resource I will obtain the pleasure of moving toward my values and goals, while avoiding the pain and embarrassment of being a dreamer with that does not take action.
I AM BUILDING AND DESIGNING MY OWN LIFE. NO ONE ELSE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY HAPPINESS.
Ironically you get validation from others when you feel you need it least. When you do what others are not willing to do to accomplish what they do not.
BE THE HERO.
I DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK ABOUT ME.
NOTHING COMPARES TO THE FIRE WITHIN US.
